Description
"The world cries out for help" is the title of the poem The World. There is much talk of war and danger, grief and pain in this collection of poems and texts by pupils at the Paul Hindemith School.
The sentence reflects the state of a world in which wars and displacement, injustice and discrimination are the order of the day in many places. However, the cry for help is not only intended to be social, but also often very personal. The lyrics are about disappointment, loss and pain. It is also about the longing for happiness and security, which are difficult to find. And it's about the longing for love.
When the basic mood is characterized by danger and pain, when the future is not peaceful and happy, how do young people deal with this? Where can they expect help from?
The future needs you! was the title of the first volume. In view of the texts in this third volume, it is more relevant than ever!
